Everything on their menu is slow cooked over hickory and cherry wood. To make sure its properly prepared, there’s a custom brick pit with a wood-fired oven and grill to bring out all the flavor.

Start things off with some smoked wings. They’re served with a secret dry rub and house-made buttermilk ranch. You can also try a few flavors at once with their sausage sampler. There’s kielbasa and chorizo served with house-made pimento cheese.

For your main course, there are classic options like beef brisket, pork butt, and smoked chicken. Each one is available on a sandwich or a plate. They’ve also got a mouthwatering selection of ribs, including baby back ribs and spare ribs.
